BTI gets results:

The Department of Energy's Total Quality Management Implementation Guidelines were based on BTI-designed test instruments and data analysis. The company has structured survey research and convened focus groups to investigate changing skills requirements, discover opinions on welfare and public education reform, and defined transit user demographics.

BTI developed and implemented a standardized approach for cost and schedule analysis of environmental projects. We created a performance indicator checklist that has been applied to national nuclear decontamination and decommissioning processes. BTI has also conducted technical and cost reviews of environmental program baselines.

BTI developed, planned, delivered, and monitored a $20 million investment program by the nation's leading environmental technology businesses to support the work of the 17-member Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions Environmental Technology Consortium.

BTI facilitated meetings, clarified priorities, identified stakeholders, and has developed strategies for implementing an innovative national technology development program for several federal agencies.

Our diversity management training program, developed for a major international architectural and environmental engineering firm, overcame initial internal resistance to win ultimate management approval. The pilot course has been completed and plans are being made to offer it company-wide.

The improvements also provide interactive access to the internet and establish cost-saving video teleconferencing capability.

The company has directed the formulation of an extensive industry-wide database for government and industrial pricing practices and policies related to the acquisition and performance of architectural and engineering services on facilities construction projects.
