Corporate Profile
Clients
Presidents Message As a strategic management-consulting firm, Basic Technologies International Corporation (BTI) works in partnership with clients to critically examine existing operating and support systems. This usually means identifying limitations of processes and structures that define and characterize corporate and organizational policy, service, products and product delivery, communication and change. More often than not, these activities impact process boundaries, ownership and controls.
BTI customizes its consulting such that both results and growth are realized! Management is the orderly process of getting things done using Systems. Combined, these elements define for BTI the parameters and characteristics that engender solutions. Moreover, it is our contention that though many things can drive learning, SYSTEM THINKING DRIVES CHANGE IN A LEARNING ORGANIZATION.
Why? Because a system is a whole which "hangs" together because each element continually affects another over time and all operate toward a common purpose. The beauty of the relationship between elements within a systemic structure is that actions, whether of high or low-leverage, will each produce both desired and unintended consequences somewhere in the system. Thus the management of such dynamism proves to be an art in addition to a science.
