     Quality Systems Approach To
Environmental Management

Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is used as an integrating framework for BTI's training program. Environment is an all-encompassing term that includes everything internal and external of the corporation including public policy making and all associated delivery processes. It is everything that makes the "community" whole - air/land/water, how business gets done, how all the organizational units and individuals impact one another, the quality of the workplace and living space. Together, these ultimately determine how and whether growth is realized! Management is the orderly process of getting things done using Systems. Combined, these elements define parameters and characteristics that engender solutions.

It is BTI's contention that though many things can drive learning, SYSTEMS THINKING DRIVES CHANGE IN A LEARNING ORGANIZATION.

The following courses are constituent elements of our copyrighted Quality Systems Approach to Environmental Management. These become the basis of customized courses that reflect your organization's response to its continuously changing environment.
